We often get a call or email with the questions, “What is the price of a metal roof?” and “Is the old saying true that if you have to ask, you probably can’t afford it?”

In many cases, we would agree with this saying. However, it could not be further from the truth regarding our lifetime metal roofing.

The 12 -year cost of ownership is less with metal than it is with asphalt. There is no additional cost with metal, as it is maintenance-free. The cost of ownership of an asphalt roof, and all the problems associated with it, skyrockets compared to metal.
